"The present treatise deals with the folios "Comment on devient Ariste". It is, says Peladan, 'because it seemed to me that it was too much to restrict the teaching to limit it to those who work' and, to envisage this much greater number who feel the ideal work, he has modified the title. This work is an introduction to Aesthetic Life, to lead elite minds to an understanding of masterpieces in all the arts. The author's undisputed artistic competence is a sure guarantee of the high value of his work. The first chapter is entitled 'Le Septénaire du sortir du réel ou de la nature'. "Caillet (8430).
